William “Bill” Reed, 64, of Success passed away November 22, 2022 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Mr. Reed was born June 24, 1958 in Davenport, IA. He was retired from Darling Store Fixtures where he worked as a forklift driver. Bill enjoyed watching football, coaching youth sports, riding the mule with his grandchildren and spending time with his family. He was of the Christian faith.

On October 17, 1987, he married Jane Thielemann. They recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. Other survivors include his children Jennifer Reed of Kentucky, Eric (Racheal) Reed of Poplar Bluff, MO, and Crystal (Hunter) Ring of Pocahontas; grandchildren Chase, Lexi, Kaleb, Levi, Wilder, and Livvy; great grandsons Alex and Daylon; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father William Reed; mother and stepfather Edna and Pete Mayberry; and sister Linda Howard.

Visitation will be Saturday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Earl Ladyman officiating. Burial will be at Hitt Cemetery, Success.
