Good weather and amusement prevailed at the 4th annual Hop Alley Rally on Saturday, May 11 on 2nd Street in downtown Corning where children of all ages enjoyed entertainers on stage, vendors lining the street, an inflatable slide for the kids, a foam party and Hop Alley Rally pageants.
