Allison Howell captured this stunning rainbow on Tuesday, July 9 after the remnants of Hurricane Beryl passed through northeast Arkansas. The rainbow was of special significance as it was over her MawMaw Betty Noles’ yard in Piggott and her late PawPaw Vernon Noles’ property. Her grandfather passed away last October.
