Mary Hopkins
Mary Hopkins, 78, of Maynard, passed away October 9, 2022 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Mrs. Hopkins was born August 14, 1944 in Newark. She was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting, canning, gardening, reading, Facebook, and talking on the phone. She loved her animals and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of The Well in Pocahontas.
On March 30, 1962, she marriedLeroyHopkins.They recently celebrated their 60th anniversary. Other survivors include her children, Vickie (Sandy) Henry of Heber Springs, Jason Hopkins of Maynard, Brenda (Tony) Greene of Pocahontas, and Billy Joe (Michelle) Hopkins of Maynard; brother, Ray Lamb of Caulfield, MO; sister, Marie Owens of Trumann; grandchildren, Rachael, Ashley, Joey, Wesley, Brandi, Jessica, Levi, Dylan, and Jadea; and great-grandchildren, Landon, Laynee, Cara, Easton, Whitley, Ada, June, Kylie, Mason, Kohen, Delilah, Lyla, Slade, and Oakleigh.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Oliver and Eunice (Bradley) Lamb and siblings Peggy, Bea, Buck, Shorty, Hank, Bonnie, Red, Ruth Ann, Kathern and Jim.
Visitation will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Maynard Cemetery in Maynard with Pastor Vince Avery officiating. Burial will be at Maynard Cemetery.
