Lawanna Kay Blunk, 61, of Corning, passed away September 7, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.

Ms. Blunk was born December 4, 1960 in Corning. She loved being at home with her mother, singing, dancing, and spending time with her family. She brought joy to everyone she touched.

Survivors include her sisters Leanna “Betsy” (Randy) Brinson and Loretta Lunsford of Corning; nephews Jimmie (Tonya) and Ross (Ashley) Lunsford; and niece Leslie (Chris Scrogin) Lunsford; several great nephews, great nieces, several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jimmie and Deanna (Cooper) Blunk and brother-in-law Barry Lunsford.

Graveside service will be Monday September 12, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Corning Cemetery with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at the cemetery.
