Elise Gossett, a recent graduate of Piggott High School is being presented with the Clay County Farm Bureau Scholarship by Agency Manager Cliff Gifford. Elise is the daughter of Daniel and Mistie Gossett of Piggott. She is currently enrolled at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a major in Agriculture Business. The scholarship is presented each year by the board of directors to a Clay County graduating senior that has plans to get a degree in the field of agriculture or medicine.
