Mr. Garland Arnell, 75, of Corning, AR. passed away January 7, 2022 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Arnell was born in Datto, AR., on September 30, 1946 He was a retired mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, rebuilding cars, baseball, going to church and spending time with family. He was a member of the Corning Masonic Lodge #719, he was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner.

Survivors include his wife Sheluah (Dickerson) Arnell of Corning, AR.; his sons Shawn Arnell and wife Amy of Hernando, MS., Aaron Arnell and wife Stacy of Corning, AR.; daughters Kristin Hudson of Corning, AR., Kimberly Arnell of Corning, AR.; seven grandchildren Harris, Maggie, Katherine, Jessica, Trevor, Camden, and Haddie; two great-grandchildren Mila and Heidi.

Preceded in death by his parents Garnet Jack and Hazel Geraldine Arnell Perren, and a brother Charles Wayne Arnell.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 11, 2022 in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel from 6 to 8 PM. Masonic services will be conducted Wednesday January 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM, funeral services will follow with Reverend John Michael officiating. Burial will follow at Richwoods Cemetery in Corning, AR.
