The Corning Lady Bobcats defeated Rivercrest 9-3 in a home game on Tuesday, March 15. Corning came out strong and pulled away for good with four runs in the 2nd inning. Addison George drew a walk, scoring one run, Ava Goodman doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs, and Kenlie Watson doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.
Thursday, March 17, the Lady Bobcats traveled to Piggott to face the Lady Mohawks in a stellar victory. Corning coasted to an easy win over Piggott 10-1 as the Lady Bobcats put up 4 runs in the 5th inning. Kenlie Watson had an RBI single in the inning to lead the run scoring.

The Corning Lady Bobcats faced Walnut Ridge at home in a March 8 conference game that was a competitive matchup resulting in the WR Lady Bobcats coming out on top in a game that was tied in top of the 6th inning.
The Lady Bobcats traveled to Harrisburg in a conference game on March 10 with the Lady Hornets capturing the lead early and holding it to win the game; 12-9. The Hornets wasted no time scoring in the 1st inning on a single by Anna Claire Tracy. They continued scoring and pulled away in the 2nd inning with 6 runs due to successful singles by Emma Adams, Kendyll Grissom, Olivia Rhinehard, along with an error that produced 2 runs. A fielder’s choice induced by Corning pitcher Ava Goodman resulted in one run. Goodman started the game for Corning and allowed 10 hits and 12 runs over 5 2/3s innings, striking out 2. Hawlee Morris got the start for Harrisburg and lasted 7 innings, allowing 11 hits and 9 runs while striking out 2.
Corning pitcher Ava Goodman dominated the game against Sloan Hendrix with four hits and leading the Lady Bobcats to an 18-1 win on Feb. 28 in Imboden. Corning scored in the first inning with a single from Lyla Arnold. In the third inning, the Lady Bobcats scored five runs with singles by Kylie Zimmer and Presley Martin and doubles by Goodman and Kenlie Watson. Goodman took the win for Corning, surrendering one run on two hits over five innings, striking out seven and walking zero runners. Lady Greyhound Lauren Jones took the loss for Sloan Hendrix lasting five innings, allowing 14 hits and 16 runs while striking out seven.
The Corning Lady Bobcats played Walnut Ridge on March 8 in Corning, but the game took a turn when the score was tied 13-13 in the top of the sixth inning and an error scored a run for Walnut Ridge. The Lady Bobcats of Walnut Ridge took an early lead in the second inning when they scored a run on a single on a 1-2 count. Corning scored 6 runs in the fourth inning. The offense was led by Whitley Bolen, Lyla Arnold, Addison George, Kylie Zimmer and Ava Goodman all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
