Much of the world, including the United States, is imposing economic sanctions against Russia, including a halt of exports to Russia and the freezing of Russian assets in banks around the world.

Kindergarten Registration at Corning Park Elementary is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM then 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM and on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. A child must be 5-years-old on or before August 1st of the current school year in order to enroll. Parent or legal guardian must be present in order to register a student. The following documents are required for registration: a current immunization official document, birth certificate, social security card, and a physical examination (within the last 2 years of the first day of school which is August 22). Please bring these documents when registering.
POCAHONTAS, AR – BRTC recently hosted the Middle Level and Senior Level District II FBLA competitions. Students from Randolph, Clay, Greene, Lawrence, Independence, Jackson, Craighead, Poinsett, Cross, Crittenden, St. Francis, and Mississippi counties were on the Pocahontas campus for the competitions.
