Citizens of Clay County

After much discussion, thought and prayer with my family and friends I have made the decision to retire at the end of my term. My career in law enforcement began over 35 years ago. I have served in the Corning Police Department, as a Clay County Deputy, Arkansas Highway Patrol, and as sheriff of Clay County. I have been given opportunities that I never dreamed for myself.
