Traffic stop leads to arrest

On Monday, September 30, 2024, at approximately 8:45 P.M., the Clay County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop on Lee Street in Corning. When the deputy came in contact with the driver and passenger, he learned the passenger was on felony probation.
