Betty June Arnold

Betty June Arnold, 70, of Batesville, formerly of Corning, passed away on March 20, 2022. She was born on March 26, 1951, to Leonard and Christine (Reynolds) Tanner.
Betty was a life-long member of the Church of Christ. She was a beautiful and hard-working Christian woman who devoted herself to raising her daughter and making life easier for her family. Betty enjoyed the times she spent with friends playing bunco, going to red hat meetings, and being a part of the Business and Professional Women’s (BPW) Club. She retired after a long career of helping patients at the front desk of local physicians’ offices and serving others through her work with the Arkansas Department of Health. When her health allowed, she spent her retirement focused on her grandchildren and caring for her family. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, and cherished friend who will be missed deeply.
She is survived by her loving and caring husband of 50 years, Charles “Eddie” Arnold; daughter Charla Foster and husband Michael Foster of Glen Rose, Texas; two grandchildren, Noah Foster and Journey Foster of Glen Rose, Texas; sisters, Bobbie Lester and Barbara Cutler, both of Corning; and nephew Glendal Boyd of Corning.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her family gives special thanks to the caregivers at White River Diagnostic Clinic, White River Health System, Elite Hospice, and Mountain Meadows.
