Jimmy Carl Frie, of Corning, AR, passed away on August 23, 2025. He was born on May 9, 1965, to Ray Lewis Frie and Bonnie Wallace Frie.

Jim is preceded in death by his father, Ray Lewis Frie; mother, Bonnie Frie Foster; brother, Jeffrey Lewis Frie; stepfather, Leon Foster; stepfather, Russell Leonard; and sister-in-law, Rita Frie. Survivors include his siblings, Connie Frie McCarty (Dawson), Steve Frie, Cathy Frie Johnson (Rob), his stepmother, Wilma Forrest; stepbrothers Keith Reddmann and Kevin Reddmann; stepsister Stephanie Foster; and nieces and nephews. Jim graduated from Corning High School in 1983. He served in the Arkansas National Guard, the U.S. Navy, the Missouri National Guard, and the Naval Reserve. Jim received a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University, an LPN diploma from John A Logan College, and an MBA from MO Baptist University. A memorial service will be held on September 13, 2025, at 11:00 at the Church of Christ in Corning, AR.
