On Thursday, July 17 workers from the Union Pacific Railroad Company began their maintenance on the US 62/ Elm Street crossing. The Arkansas Department of Transportation offered a temporary detour for US 62 East by taking US 67 North to Lee Drive, then East to Northeast First Street, then south to US 62 on the East side of the railroad.
