The Corning boys track team captured the 2A-3 Conference Championship on Wednesday, April 30, racking up 223 points to secure the title and top Cross County. The meet, held in Pocahontas, served as the state qualifier for Class 2A, with the top two finishers in each event advancing to the state meet scheduled for May 6 in Gurdon.
The streets of downtown Corning will come alive with music, food and festivities on Saturday, May 10, as the 5th annual Hop Alley Rally takes over 2nd Street.
