Latest CHS/CMS Campus Rendering . . .

Here is the latest rendering of the new CHS/ CMS campus by the architectural firm of Brackett-Krennerich & Associates after a few changes were made to the building blueprint and original design in order to accommodate for space and the best location on the school property. Note in the image that the front entrance to CHS and CMS, as well as the gym entrance will face Bobcat Lane. The high school and middle school front entrance will be located where the current superintendent office is located while the gymnasium will be built on its current location. THE POWER OF PRAYER

Bill Ennis will be undergoing brain surgery on Thursday, Sept.26 to remove a growth that was discovered on a pet scan after receiving his prostate cancer diagnosis. Requests have been made asking for prayers that this spot on his brain is benign and that he will require no treatment following this procedure. Please pray that the surgery goes exactly as planned and that his surgeon finds no other problematic areas. Pray that recovery is smooth and that he regains his strength quickly so that he is able to start radiation for his prostate cancer.

State Capitol Week in Review

LITTLE ROCK – Legislators and state officials continue to work on methods of improving maternal health care in Arkansas. A special committee created by the governor last week issued its recommendations in a report called “Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies.” It calls for making access to health care more clear and convenient for expectant mothers.
