KHS Class of 1974 holds 50th Reunion

On Tuesday, May 7, 1974, 26 seniors received diplomas from Knobel High School and became KHS graduates. On Friday, June 21, 2024,15 alumni of the Class of ’74 attended their 50th class reunion at the Knobel Community Center to reminisce and catch up on each other’s lives. Mary Fay Davidson Shriver, who moved to Corning after the 6th grade in 1968 also attended the reunion.

State Capitol Week in Review

LITTLE ROCK – Arkansas families and businesses will save more than $483 million in income taxes next year, thanks to a tax cut passed by the legislature during a three-day special session. Also, Arkansas homeowners will see their property taxes go down by about $46 million because the legislature increased the homestead property tax credit from $425 to $500.
