I have a friend that works for a school board here in Leavenworth and feel the amount of time and energy spent on appeasing these bullies is preposterous!

Students at Park Elementary celebrated 100 Days of School on Tuesday, January 30 by participating in collection activities and clothing denoting the first 100 days of the school year. .
Students attending Corning Middle School in grades 5-8 were recognized for 2nd Quarter A and B Honor Roll, Attendance (0 unexcused absences), Star Math Growth, and Star Reading Growth last week. .
The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture will host the annual rice and soybean production meeting Tuesday, Feb. 13 at the M.B. Ainley, Jr. Community Center in Corning. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. with lunch catered by Cast Iron Kitchen and Catering. Speakers for the event include Stewart Runsick, County Extension Agent-Staff Chair; Dr. Jarrod Hardke, Extension Rice Agronomist; Dr. Jeremy Ross, Extension Soybean Agronomist and Dr. Hunter Biram, Extension Agriculture Economist. NRCS will provide updates followed by industry sponsor comments.
