Valentine Parties

In elementary school, we had a lot of parties. Little kids and parties go together like peanut butter and jelly, so each one was eagerly awaited. Although Christmas was considered the best, with a gift exchange and a visit from Santa, Valentines Day came in second.

Valentine’s Strawberry Cookies

Ingredients: ½ cup unsalted butter softened 3 oz cream cheese (*use full-fat, brick style cream cheese. Not lite, spreadable or whipped.) 2 large eggs 18 oz box strawberry cake mix (*a 15 oz box of cake mix will also work too.) ¾ cup chocolate chips semi-sweet, milk, dark, or white Instuctions: Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
